These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of any application published by Rehobotics Technologies ("Rehobotics", "we", "us"), including:
By creating an account or using any Rehobotics app, you agree to these Terms and to the privacy policy for that specific app, found on our Privacy Policies page.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account. Some apps set their own minimum age or require a parent/guardian or school to manage the account on a minor's behalf — SCHOLAVAULT accounts for students, for example, are created and managed by the subscribing school.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly at rehobotics.technologies@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You agree not to: upload content you don't have the rights to; use any app to harass, stalk, or endanger another person; attempt to bypass AFRISHELF's watermarking or anti-copy protections; submit false information to SAFEWITNESS AI to flag an innocent account; misuse SCHOLAVAULT's CBT engine to cheat on an exam; or interfere with the security or normal operation of any app.
Some apps involve payment — subscriptions (e.g. SCHOLAVAULT, BIZDASH ERP), purchases (e.g. AFRISHELF book downloads), or consultation fees (HEALIX AI). Prices are shown in-app before you pay. AFRISHELF creators are paid a 75% royalty on qualifying sales, calculated and paid out on the schedule described in-app. Payment processing is handled by licensed third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
Content you upload (a manuscript on AFRISHELF, a recipe on AfroNutrition AI, lecture notes on SCHOLAVAULT) remains yours; you grant Rehobotics a licence to host, display, and — where the app's purpose requires it — translate or narrate that content in order to operate the service. Rehobotics and its licensors own the apps themselves, including their design, code, and branding.
HEALIX AI's AI-assisted analysis is informational and is not a diagnosis. It is designed to route you to a licensed practitioner, not to replace one. HEALIX AI is not an emergency service — in a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number or nearest hospital immediately.
The Panic Button in SAFEWITNESS AI and Soro Assist is a complement to, not a replacement for, local emergency services. Response depends on your emergency contacts and, where enabled, local responders, and cannot be guaranteed to be instant or successful in every circumstance.
Where a school or business subscribes to SCHOLAVAULT or BIZDASH ERP, that organisation is responsible for the accuracy of data it enters and for obtaining any consents required from its own students, staff, or customers. Rehobotics processes that data on the organisation's behalf as described in the relevant privacy policy.
You may stop using any app and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to an account that violates these Terms, misuses the safety or exam-integrity features of an app, or poses a security risk to other users.
Apps are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rehobotics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of an app, including reliance on AI-generated content, delays in emergency response features, or third-party payment or communication providers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
