You can request full deletion of your account and personal data for any Rehobotics Technologies app, either in the app itself or by emailing us directly. This page explains how, for each app.
Open AFRISHELF → tap your profile icon → Account Settings → Delete Account, then confirm.

Your profile, login credentials, reading library, bookmarks, download history, and — if you're a creator — your author bio and unpublished drafts.
Sales and royalty payment records are retained for the period required by Nigerian tax and financial record-keeping law, and previously published works you chose to keep public may remain visible to protect other users who already purchased or downloaded them, unless you separately request their removal.
Account and personal data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request.
Open HEALIX AI → Profile → Settings → Account → Delete My Account, then confirm.

Your profile, AI symptom-analysis history, appointment bookings, and in-app chat/voice messages with your doctor.
Consultation and prescription records may be retained by the treating practitioner or clinic in line with medical record-keeping regulations, independent of your Rehobotics account. Ask your practitioner directly to address records they hold.
Your account and app-side data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request.
Open AfroNutrition AI → Profile → Settings → Delete Account, then confirm.

Your profile, saved meal plans, dietary preferences, and private data. Community posts, photos and comments you shared publicly are removed or anonymised (author label removed) so existing discussion threads stay intact for other users.
Nothing beyond anonymised community content, unless you also request those posts be removed outright.
Deletion completes within 30 days of a verified request.
Student and staff accounts on SCHOLAVAULT are created and managed by the subscribing school. To delete your account, ask your school's SCHOLAVAULT administrator to submit the request, or email us directly and we will confirm with the school before proceeding.

Your login, profile, and personal messages in onboard chat, once the request is confirmed by the school (as the data controller) or verified directly with you.
Academic records (grades, attendance, CBT results) are typically retained by the school for the period required by its own academic record-keeping obligations and exam-board rules (e.g. WAEC, NECO, JAMB), even if your personal account is deleted.
Processed within 30 days of confirmation from the school or verified account holder.
Business owner/admin accounts: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Staff accounts: ask your business's BIZDASH ERP administrator to remove your access, or email us directly.

Your individual login and profile. For a full business account closure, all CRM, POS and inventory data tied to that business is scheduled for deletion.

Individual accounts are deleted within 30 days; full business account closures are confirmed with the account owner before processing.

Your profile, emergency contact list, and your private log of flagged posts and incident notes.
Where a report has already been shared with law enforcement or a third-party platform at your request, we cannot delete the copy held by that recipient. We may also retain minimal, limited safety-log data for a short period where needed to respond to an active legal request.

Open Sọ̀rọ̀ Assist and say or select "Delete my account" from the main voice menu, or go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm.

Your profile, voice command history, transcriptions, and emergency contact list.
Bank transaction confirmations are retained by your bank/payment provider under their own regulatory retention rules, independent of your Rehobotics account.
